2025 Workshop Host: Natalie Tilton
About Natalie
Natalie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Owner of Ability Allies Physical Therapy.
She received her Undergraduate Degree's in Rehabilitation Science with a Minor in Psychology while competing on the Division 1 varsity field hockey team and graduating with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and minor in psychology. She also played field hockey for the New England Regional and United States Olympic qualifier teams receiving the student athlete award for excellence in academics and athletics from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts.
Natalie has over 15 years of clinical experience with a variety of clinical skills. She has multiple certifications and clinical knowledge include spinal and joint mobilization techniques, therapeutic soft and deep tissue massage, dry needling, postural restoration, Graston and Cupping, therapeutic/sports taping, foot orthotic casting/molding, Craniosacral Therapy, Titleist Golf and general sport performance enhancement.
Natalie is dedicated to implementing her knowledge and passion for health and wellness to guide individuals in successfully optimizing their function and overall quality of life. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young boys, doing workouts like Crossfit and Yoga, and an avid motorsports enthusiast.
