Join us as we make muscle and money for the HER Community! Motivate will donate at least 50% of proceeds to the HER Community for this fundraiser Bounce + Build class.
Bounce + Build is where a party meets a workout. It combines a low-impact, beat-driven, cardio-blast of a workout on a mini-trampoline (rebounder) with the strength components of a Strength + MetCon class.
