Bounce + Build is where a party meets a workout. It combines a low-impact, beat-driven, cardio-blast of a workout on a mini-trampoline (rebounder) with the strength components of a Strength + MetCon class.
This beginner-friendly class ebbs and flows between bounce and strength to give you concentrated bounce intervals followed by time lifting moderate to heavier weight with a focus on upper body. Expect to smile. The joy-factor is real!
Clean indoor shoes, grip socks or bare feet are welcome. Wear a sports bra that is up to the task. Bring water (refill station here) and a towel if you tend to perspire!
