She Flows Collective invites you to rise before the sun and dive into the waves with our community!
There's something about being out on an adventure before the world wakes up.
If you've been in the She Flows community for a while, you may remember our "She Rises" sunrise hike up Mount A with Swell House. Well, we couldn't let the summer pass without doing an epic sunrise adventure, and this time we're headed to the beach!
Join She Flows Collective for a sunrise ocean dip at Jenness Beach. We're gathering before first light, wading in together, and letting the cold water do what it does (wake us alllll the way up probably).
Sunrise on August 13th is around 5:46am, so we'll meet on the beach a little before that so we can go in as a group!
After the swim, stick around if you don't need to run off to work! Do a little yoga flow, journal in the sand, dry off slow, head out for a surf, or chat with the other women who showed up for this!
Please note that this is more of an RSVP - think "we'd love to know you're coming" more than "here's your admission" because there's no formal check-in, no staff running the show. It's just us, the ocean, and the sunrise!
What to bring: towel, warm layers for after, water shoes if you have sensitive feet, your own coffee or tea, snacks, and a journal or mat if you want to stay and flow.
Parking: Jenness Beach has a lot, but it's small and August mornings can still pull a crowd, even at sunrise. If the lot's full, there's street parking nearby. Give yourself a few extra minutes and a little patience. We encourage carpooling! Drive around and scoop up all your friends before sun-up, blast tunes on the way, and make it even more fun.
This one's simple: show up, get in the water, and flow forward in community. See you at sunrise?! 🌅
