Join Motivate.® for a 5-hour bounce-a-thon with all proceeds supporting Our Neighbors’ Table, helping ensure every family in our community has access to nutritious food. This fundraiser will have 55 rebounders (mini trampolines), with 55 teams of bouncers who take turns on the rebounder. The only rule: your team’s bouncer must stay bouncing for the full 5 hours. She Flows Collective eagerly invites you to She Rises: Sunrise Hike & Swell Sips and to begin your day with intention, movement, and community.

Through three rounds of guided conversation in small groups, you'll explore how stories have shaped who you are, how we truly connect with others, and what makes you uniquely you.

Held every Wednesday throughout the summer beginning in June, Ladies Night is a great excuse to get in the water and hang with the girls.
