Okay ladies, get a baby-sitter, ditch the husbands and boyfriends, and leave all your worries at home because this is your chance to get in the water and surf!
Held every Wednesday throughout the summer beginning in June, Ladies Night is a great excuse to get in the water and hang with the girls. Classes are open to women, ages 16 and older, from June - Sept., and offer the perfect chance to learn a great sport in an inviting and fun environment. It is one hour out of the week that you and your friends won’t want to miss!
Your instructor will work with you to help you get accustomed to the mechanics and timing of the waves as well as teach you the skills to enjoy riding them. If you have never surfed before, this is the perfect way to learn! If you have surfed before, our camps will help refine your techniques and develop a foundation for more advanced maneuvers.

ABOUT YOUR HOST:
Jenny O'Dell specializes in working with individuals who have been feeling lost to themselves, weary from their journey, and are longing to be found through a more compassionate and complete way. She focusses on easing your nervous system out of fight-and-flight and into rest-and-restore so that you can live your life to your fullest potential and get back to being authentically YOU.
Jenny graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, MA in 2007. After having her first child in 2009 and enduring several life challenges in the years to follow -- she began to feel herself drifting away and the pieces that were left were frayed and raw. It was by chance that she was introduced to Bowenwork in 2020. And after learning to live in alignment, her passion for this modality and the impact she knew it could have on others who are struggling as she had struggled, lead her to open her own practice in 2020.
Today she serves as a guide for her clients, combining her skills in each session in a very intentional way to help them reclaim and redesign their lives.

Bounce for Bread
Join Motivate.® for a 5-hour bounce-a-thon with all proceeds supporting Our Neighbors’ Table, helping ensure every family in our community has access to nutritious food. This fundraiser will have 55 rebounders (mini trampolines), with 55 teams of bouncers who take turns on the rebounder. Each team chooses its bounce rotation strategy (tag-team, power hour, “short but spicy” intervals). The only rule: your team’s bouncer must stay bouncing for the full 5 hours. Choose a fun team name and themed attire to support your name! Register here to participate in bouncing. Clean indoor shoes or bare feet are welcome. Wear a sports bra that is up to the task.
